And best of all, you can start your subscription quickly, easily, and right in the app. Active subscription to SubaruConnect is required to use the app.

Charge Management

Check the battery charge level on your Solterra or set up a charging schedule. The SubaruConnect mobile app allows you to track your charging history over time, showing the location, duration, and the start and end state of the charge as well as the kWh received.

Tesla Supercharger Access

Now you can pay and manage charging at more than 25,000 Tesla Superchargers across North America with the SubaruConnect mobile app.

Plug & Charge

2026 and newer Solterra EVs feature Plug & Charge capability, which lets you simply plug in and start charging at select public charging networks while your payment is automatically and securely processed without even needing to use a mobile app.

Climate Settings

Drivers can remotely send preferred climate control settings to the Solterra. The Solterra will be climatized and ready for adventure. Drivers can also create a schedule to start their Solterra at a specific time. The Solterra will then start with their climate preferences already set.

Last Parked Location

Find your Solterra in a crowded parking lot by using the SubaruConnect mobile app to see your last parked location.

Automatic Collision Notification will alert a SubaruConnect Customer Care Agent 24/7/365. The agent will then promptly communicate via the speakers in your Solterra and alert the appropriate first responder.

The primary account owner will receive alerts when guest drivers exceed the preset speed limit, violate a curfew, or exceed the set total miles driven.
