Safety Connect

Safety Connect provides extra confidence on every drive with features such as Automatic Collision Notification, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, and more.

Drive Connect

Your Solterra will take you to some amazing places. Drive Connect will help you discover them with Cloud Navigation and the hands-free convenience of Intelligent Assistant.

Wi-Fi Connect

In-Vehicle Features

Emergency Assistance Button

If a medical emergency or other accident happens, press the SOS button. This will contact a SubaruConnect Customer Care Agent. The agent can direct necessary emergency services to the GPS location of your vehicle.

Enhanced Roadside Assistance

Press the SOS button in the Solterra for non-emergency roadside assistance. Help can be sent to the GPS location of your vehicle.

Intelligent Assistant

Intelligent Assistant combines the native on-board assistant voice command functions with off-board cloud computing. The result is a natural and easy-to-use voice vehicle interaction experience. Intelligent Assistant allows you to control the multimedia system with voice commands. It also allows you to operate cloud navigation, integrated streaming, radio, phone, and climate. Simply say “Hey, Subaru” or “OK, Subaru” to get started.

Stolen Vehicle Locator

If your vehicle is ever stolen, a SubaruConnect Customer Care Agent will work with the police to help recover your Solterra using the GPS location. NOTE: A police report must be filed prior to contacting SubaruConnect Customer Care.

Cloud Navigation

Cloud Navigation brings maps, personalization, and an Intelligent Assistant together in the multimedia system. The system allows you to use voice-activated commands or the touchscreen to search for directions, find points of interest or explore local businesses. Features provide route details, turn-by-turn guidance options, alternate routes, and views of live traffic.

Destination Assistant

Connect to a live agent 24/7 who can provide you with directions through your Solterra navigation to an address or point of interest such as a restaurant, hotel, or charging station.
