SubaruConnect is the shared name for the infotainment system, the telematics system, and the mobile app, providing a seamless experience for Subaru EV owners whether driving or away from the vehicle.
SubaruConnect provides you with connected safety, security, and convenience features for your Subaru EV. SubaruConnect uses a nationwide AT&T 4G LTE cellular network (where available) and is highly integrated with your smartphone device by leveraging the SubaruConnect mobile app.

Subaru EV owners will use the SubaruConnect mobile app, which is available in Apple and Google app stores. Only a vehicle identification number (VIN) for a Subaru EV can be used in the SubaruConnect mobile app. All other Subaru models can use the MySubaru mobile app.
If you own a Subaru EV and another Subaru model, you will use two different apps for their connected services: the SubaruConnect mobile app for your Subaru EV and the MySubaru mobile app for your other vehicle(s).
SubaruConnect is an opt-out service as opposed to MySubaru Connected Services packages, which are opt-in. Certain system functions are active and operational once the vehicle is started for the first time. To activate all of the SubaruConnect services, you will need to download the SubaruConnect mobile app, pair your smartphone with your vehicle from inside the vehicle, create a user profile, and complete the registration process.

SubaruConnect is an opt-out service, meaning that certain system functions by default are turned on automatically. If you want to opt out of all Connected Services, you can do so within the SubaruConnect mobile app by pressing the in-vehicle SOS button, or by calling a SubaruConnect Customer Care Agent at (866) 384-3574.
Yes, the SubaruConnect mobile app can manage charging at Tesla Superchargers. In order to do so, customers will need to be enrolled in a trial or subscription to Remote Connect
