MySubaru Connected Services is the new name for a suite of in-vehicle and out-of-vehicle technologies designed to enhance safety, security, and convenience in Subaru vehicles. Our STARLINK Safety, Security, and Concierge services now have new names: MySubaru Safety, Security, and Concierge. Subscribers will continue to enjoy all the same features and services they love, just under a new name.
For Model Year 2025 and older, vehicles will be eligible for enrollment or re-enrollment in MySubaru Safety, Security, and Concierge plans. Model Year 2026 and newer vehicles will be eligible for enrollment in MySubaru Companion and MySubaru Companion+ plans.
Yes. Subaru offers a three-year trial of MySubaru Safety and a six-month trial of MySubaru Security with the purchase of a new Subaru vehicle. You can enroll in the trial with the retailer at the time of purchase or by visiting the “Manage Subscriptions” page in the MySubaru mobile app.
For Companion and Companion+ packages, Subaru offers a five-year free trial of MySubaru Companion with the purchase of a new Subaru vehicle. You can enroll in the trial with the retailer at the time of purchase or by calling 1-855-753-2495.
You have 180 days to enroll your new vehicle in a free trial and start enjoying your connected vehicle features.
MySubaru Connected Services offers a powerful combination of safety, security, and convenience services designed to keep you in control and informed wherever you go. Key features include Automatic Collision Notification, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, Stolen Vehicle Recovery, and a suite of Remote Services that let you start your engine, lock or unlock doors, and locate your vehicle from your mobile device.

The MySubaru mobile app is the primary tool for accessing and managing your MySubaru account. With the app, you can use remote services (i.e., Remote Lock and Unlock, Vehicle Locate, Remote Engine Start), view vehicle health information, manage Subaru Guardian Alerts, schedule service with a Subaru retailer, and much more — all from your phone. It’s available from both the iOS and Android app stores.
To manage your MySubaru Connected Services, simply log in to your MySubaru account through the MySubaru mobile app, available for download for both iOS and Android systems.
Your Subaru vehicle offers advanced connectivity through Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration. Wireless Bluetooth® pairing and hands-free smartphone operation allow for safe and easy connection to your favorite apps and content.
