Revealed: Subaru's New Liveries for Red Bull GRC LA Presented by STI

Subaru Rally Team USA unveiled new liveries today for the four-driver factory squad headed to Red Bull GRC Los Angeles presented by Subaru Tecnica International. Subaru team drivers Bucky Lasek, Sverre Isachsen, David Higgins and Travis Pastrana with support from Vermont SportsCar and Subaru Tecnica International (STI) will take on the LA double-header event to be held September 12-13.
“The upcoming GRC LA round will be a very memorable event for our fans,” stated Subaru Motorsports Marketing Manager Rob Weir. “We’re excited to debut these new liveries with our team partners at STI. That’s not all though; Subaru and STI will have a few more surprises for the fans that we’ll be sharing very soon.”
Co-developed by Vermont SportsCar and Subaru Tecnica International, the WRX STI rallycross car features a spec 2.0L Subaru BOXER engine producing nearly 600HP, a 6-speed sequential transmission, all-wheel drive, and METHOD Race Wheels, that’s capable of 0-60 in 2 seconds. Rallycross cars compete on tracks made of tarmac, dirt, and jumps through a series of heats leading into a ten car final event.
Red Bull Global Rallycross of LA Presented by Subaru Tecnica International returns to the Port of San Pedro with main events on both September 12th and 13th.
