Returning The Love Pets Give Us.

According to the ASPCA®, each year approximately 6.5 million companion animals enter shelters. At Subaru, we strive to be "more than a car company" and we are committed to helping all animals — including those in shelters — stay safe and healthy.

Through our Love Promise and Subaru Loves Pets initiatives, Subaru retailers are hosting adoption events across the country to help local shelter pets find loving homes. Retailers are also collecting new pet supplies to donate to local animal organizations in our communities and providing shelter supply kits for our furry friends awaiting adoption.

Since 2015, Subaru retailers have partnered with local animal welfare organizations through the Subaru Loves Pets initiative to impact over 230,000 animals in need across the country.

ASPCA

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals® (ASPCA®) was the first humane society to be established in North America and, today, is one of the largest in the world.

A leading voice for animals for 150 years, the ASPCA provides life-saving protection and care to animals in need. Through the ASPCA, Share the Love has had a significant impact on the rescue, transport, and adoption of nearly 40,000 animals across the country.

Since 2008, Subaru has donated nearly $22 million to the ASPCA® (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals®), helped support over 1,500 animal welfare related events, and significantly impacted the rescue, transport, and adoption of more than 50,000 animals nationwide

ASPCA Rescue Rides

Subaru and the ASPCA have transported thousands of animals from overcrowded shelters to those where they had a better chance of finding their forever home. These transports, have saved over 21,250 animals to date!
