Millions of students in high-needs schools lack the supplies and learning materials necessary to be successful in the classroom. In fact, 92% of teachers in the United States have students whose families cannot afford school supplies, often requiring teachers to purchase resources using their own money.  

Subaru and our retailers are continuing to support education and high-needs schools in our communities through Subaru Loves Learning by providing teachers across the country with funding to purchase the school supplies and resources they know are most needed to help their students thrive in the classroom.

AdoptAClassroom.org believes every child deserves the tools and materials they need to learn and succeed in school. With the help of sponsors such as Subaru, the national nonprofit funds PreK-12 teachers and high-needs schools to help equip classrooms with the supplies students need to learn and thrive. Since 1998, AdoptAClassroom.org has raised $73 million and supported more than 7 million students across the U.S. The 501(c)(3) holds the highest four-star rating from Charity Navigator and the highest transparency rating offered by GuideStar.
