Vermont SportsCar (VSC) was founded by rally car builder and co-driver Lance Smith in 1988. Since 2005, VSC has played an invaluable role as the primary technical partner of Subaru Motorsports USA, responsible for vehicle design and fabrication, race team management and sponsorship, and large aspects of marketing and social media efforts.

The longstanding and successful partnership has resulted in more than 70 outright victories (and counting!), including 19 of the past 24 rally championships, 10 X Games medals, and the coveted Mt. Washington Hill Climb record, making Subaru Motorsports USA the most dominant American rallysport team in history.
