Subaru Tecnica International was established in 1988 with a goal in mind—make Subaru go faster than ever before. A subsidiary of Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd., Subaru Tecnica International was originally established to undertake Subaru’s motorsport activities.
With success in racing, Subaru Tecnica International's role grew from supplying motorsport base vehicles and competition parts, to making performance parts for road-going Subaru vehicles for enthusiasts, and eventually, hand-built STI limited edition vehicles like the legendary Impreza 22B and the S206.
For Subaru Tecnica International, empowering drivers with confidence is a winning strategy that’s led them to great success in rally and on the racetrack. That event ignited decades of accomplishments in rally and tarmac competition that have continued to this day.
