Serving as third driver for Subaru Rally Team USA (SRT USA) and invited to this weekend's X Games 16 SuperRally event, Sverre Isachsen reported for team testing duties and car acclimatization the week of the event. Isachsen is the reigning European Rally Cross Champion (ERC) and current points leader in the series. The Norwegian agreed to take some time out of his busy schedule to relay his excitement at participating in his first X Games along with his experiences in joining SRT USA.

"Getting an invitation from Subaru Rally Team USA for X Games has been a real thrill. The Subaru STI looks to be a competitive car for this weekend's SuperRally, and I am eager to apply my experience from the ERC to this competitive endeavor. Subaru is a well-respected car brand, and X Games is very popular worldwide. From YouTube, I have seen Travis [Pastrana] and Dave [Mirra] perform some amazing stunts in their respective action sports categories, and it will be enjoyable to work with them as both a teammate and a fan plus provide input and direction on car setups."
