When not racing for Subaru Rally Team USA, David Higgins keeps his skills sharp by teaching others the art of rally driving. David and his wife Kara run the Higgins Forest Experience Rally School located in Carno, Mid Wales, England. The 900 acre facility features 9 miles of classic Welsh stage roads with a wide variety of bends and straights.
